Our selection process is designed to be thoughtful, respectful, and grounded in service to the public.
Eligibility
Honorees are deceased judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys who significantly contributed to criminal justice in San Diego County.
Review
Nominations are reviewed by the Memorial Committee with care and attention to each individual’s legacy.
Recognition
Selected honorees are commemorated on courthouse plaques and featured on this site with biographies and photos when available.
